Design sequence will follow the pages from top to bottom.

 

1 complete design out line

2 build crank

3 add mane bearings and pistons and connecting rods

4 machine up sleeves

5 Machine up wet sleeves

6 machine up sleeves drivers complete with bearings, seal cover and pulleys.

7 machine mane bearing carriers

8 machine up crank case

8b fabricate crank case mounting bracket

9 machine up junk heads

10 machine up non drive end

11 machine up drive end

12 build oil pumps

13 starter assembly

14 water pump

15 Water manifolds and pipes

16 exhaust manifold

17 inlet manifold and intercoolers

18 machine up propeller pitch controller
